Any order over $20 ships free, straight to your door! Most in-stock items will arrive within 2-4 weeks after order confirmation.

Bulk or Wholesale Orders

Orders over 5 kilograms may require additional processing time based on stock availability. We’ll reach out if extra lead time is needed.

Expedited Shipping Options

An expedited shipping option is available at checkout for an additional cost, based on the selected service and total weight of items. Processing time from Sri Lanka is 2 days, with delivery within 7-10 days by UPS or ARAMEX.

Shipping & Processing

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email notification with your tracking information. You can also log in to your Prime Harvest Hub account to view your order details and tracking number.

Prime Harvest Hub is not liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order status shows delivered, we recommend contacting your local postal service for assistance.

Returns

1. Cancelling Your Order

If you decide to cancel your order and it hasn't been shipped yet, we can process the cancellation and issue a full refund with no penalty.

However, if you request to cancel the order after it has already been shipped, you may refuse the package upon delivery, and it will be returned to us. In this case, you will be refunded the total amount minus the shipping costs incurred.

2. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is not working correctly (e.g., a defective spice jar), is missing parts, appears to be visibly damaged, or if the spices are in bad condition (e.g., expired or spoiled), please contact us at infospicesprime@gmail.com.

To assist you promptly, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The full name used for the order
  • Images of the damaged packaging and product

We will assess the issue and either replace the damaged items or issue a refund based on availability. Please note that for food items, we prioritize quality and safety, and we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

3. Change of Mind on Food Products

We do not accept returns for food items, including spices. The only exception is if the product is damaged upon arrival.

Non-food items are eligible for return. If you decide to return a non-food item, please ensure it is sent back to us. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued, less the shipping costs.
